What it does
Machine recognition proposes the name and muscles worked and can match machines logged before.
Log resistance, repetitions, and effort: how hard it felt, on a scale of 1 to 10. Use a rest timer between sets.
A MuscleWiki how-to video, with front and side views, muscles worked, and step-by-step tips, opens from the same screen where you log your sets.
Based on the previous session, the app may suggest more weight, another repetition, holding steady, or starting light.
Age, recent training, and logged sleep influence the beta guidance. A suggestion is not a guarantee that a load is appropriate for you.
A supported photo of a cardio-machine summary can help fill in the session record. Gym arrival timing requires the configured phone automation.
