Each one rewrites the matching daily target to the top of its usual range, so the target is a ceiling you stay under rather than the strictest possible reading. Everything else stays where you set it.
1 is sitting still, 10 is all you have. Most useful sessions land between 4 and 8.
RPE — rate of perceived exertionHow hard the session felt to you, judged by your breathing. Logged over time it shows conditioning improving: the same pace at a lower number. 1–2 barely moving 3–4 easy, full sentences 5–6 working, short sentences 7–8 hard, a few words 9–10 all out, no talking
Edit opens the session right here — change the date, the minutes, or any set and save. Delete removes it for good.
Edit reopens the session in its logging box — change any number or the date and save. Delete removes it for good.
Slide until you sit well in the circle — up brings the top of your head into frame.
One row for each part of the app that is waiting on you. A row leaves the moment it is done.
What goes in
How it’s made — grows as you write, prints with the card
One box for everything. A barcode or packaged product is matched against USDA label filings; restaurant dishes and homemade food go to Claude — or Google Gemini — which searches for published nutrition and fills the form below for you to check.
The food itself — a lookup fills this in; you can also just type it
One serving is the unit everything else is measured in. Write it the way the packet does — 1 cup, 4 oz, 1 packet — and the recipe builder converts from it.
Optional, and worth doing. A price here is what the week’s food budget, the grocery list and every recipe’s cost per serving are built from. Leave it blank and the app falls back to a category average, marked estimate wherever it shows.

Housekeeping
Everything lives on this device and nowhere else. Copy it out, send it to yourself, and paste it into the app on another device. Restoring merges the whole file — diary, foods, plan, workouts, benchmarks, the quarter, deliveries and your profile — and nothing already on this device is lost. Run it in both directions and the two machines match.
Copy this text, send it to yourself, and paste it into the app on your other device.
These are rough averages, not your receipt. Type what it actually costs and the app remembers it everywhere — grid, grocery list and weekly totals. Restaurant dishes are always charged as whole dishes, even when you only log part of one.
Type the restaurant's proper name and it appears once at the top of this meal box — on screen and in print — with the dishes listed beneath it. Or mark the whole meal as home cooked if it was flagged as eating out by mistake.
Your log is saved on this device between sessions. USDA figures come from manufacturers' own label filings; Claude and Gemini lookups come from a web search and should be treated as a starting point, not gospel. Packaged and restaurant values are averages — portion size at home is the biggest source of error in any food diary. This is a tracking tool, not medical advice.
