Built From Food was founded to bring nutrition, fitness, and food spending into one connected approach. The aim is to make healthy action more understandable and practical in real life.

That means helping someone plan with intention, find a suitable meal at home or away, understand the value of their food, and follow purposeful exercise over time.

The app is in beta testing. FatSecret nutrition data integration is planned. Features, guidance, and supporting connections are being refined and tested as the product develops.
